{"id":843,"date":"2013-09-15T17:35:58","date_gmt":"2013-09-15T12:05:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/consmumbai.esteri.it\/news\/dal_consolato\/2013\/09\/attrazione-investimenti-2\/"},"modified":"2023-08-09T19:42:03","modified_gmt":"2023-08-09T14:12:03","slug":"attrazione-investimenti-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/consmumbai.esteri.it\/en\/news\/dal_consolato\/2013\/09\/attrazione-investimenti-2\/","title":{"rendered":"24\/09\/2013 ATTRACT INDIAN INVESTMENTS TO ITALY: EVENTS IN MUMBAI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the occasion of the Annual General Meeting, <em>The Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry<\/em>, together with <em>Embassy of Italy in India, Italian Trade Commission Agency &#8211; ICE<\/em>, <em>Chambers Consortium for Internationalization<\/em>, <em>Invest in Lombardy<\/em>, <em>Piedmont Foreign Trade Centre<\/em>, <em>Metropoli<\/em>, <em>European Business and Technology Centre <\/em>(EBTC) will organize a series of events dedicated to <strong>attracting Indian investments into Italy<\/strong> in <strong>Mumbai<\/strong>, <strong>Chennai <\/strong>and <strong>New Delhi <\/strong>from <strong>23rd to 26th Sept 2013<\/strong>. <br \/>The event in Mumbai is being organized in collaboration with ICE &#8211; Italian Trade Commission Agency and the EBTC.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>23rd Sept<\/strong>, the program begins with a welcome and briefing on the program followed by a break-up where individual meetings will take place. Meetings will be held at the HQ of Indian investors. <\/p>\n<p>On <strong>24th Sept<\/strong>, at the <strong>Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai<\/strong>, the day begins with two parallel sessions that take place throughout the day.<\/p>\n<p><em>Session One<\/em> will begin with the seminar titled <em>\u201cWhy to Invest in Italy\u201d<\/em> which will have<em>\u00a0<\/em> <em>Ambassador of Italy to India, <strong>H.E. Daniele Mancini<\/strong><\/em>, <em>IICCI <strong>President Mr. Narinder K.\u00a0Nayar<\/strong><\/em>, <em>ICE President <strong>Mr. Riccardo\u00a0Monti<\/strong><\/em> presenting followed by presentations by representatives of the various regions attending. This will be followed by a second session focused on the legal and financial aspects of investing in Italy. Project presentations related to investment projects in sectors like climate change by companies \/ consortiums \/ parks will be made.<\/p>\n<p><em>Session Two<\/em> is titled <em>\u201cConnect to Investors\u201d <\/em>which will see the participation of <em>EBTC Director <strong>Mr. Paul Jensen<\/strong><\/em>, representative of the Piedmont region, <em>MISB Bocconi Academic Head and Director<strong> Prof. Stefano Caselli<\/strong><\/em> and project presentations related to investment projects in sectors like climate change by Italian companies \/ consortiums \/ parks. This will close with one-to-one meetings.<\/p>\n<p>The Annual General Meeting begins in the afternoon at 5.15pm with the private session followed by the Council of Management. This will then open out to the public session titled <em>\u201cEurope &#038; Italy: Where Opportunities Lie\u201d<\/em> focusing on Europe as an innovative market and investment destination and source. IICCI President <strong>Narinder K. Neyar<\/strong>, Ambassador of Italy to India, H.E.
