The Center for Books and Reading of the Ministry of Culture has launched the sixth edition of the National Ideas Prize “BookTuberPrize”. Participants must choose and read a book or a collection of poetry in the Italian language and create a video review of maximum two minutes also in Italian.
This competition aims to engage young people in the world of reading, encouraging their ability for critical analysis and synthesis through the production of video reviews. The goal is also to promote Italian books, both in print and digital formats, abroad. Participation categories include fiction, poetry, illustrated books, and graphic novels/comics, with works published by Italian authors and Italian publishers from 2000 to the present.
Participation is free and open to all, with the deadline for submitting reviews set at 1:00 PM on May 31, 2024.
Participants must fill out the forms attached to the REGOLAMENTO and upload their videos on YouTube, following the provided instructions.
